  If I could give this place a 0 out of 10 I would. I went in on Friday to make a wire transfer to my boyfriend's account for Christmas. However, the banker Chad told me it would be $40 to do that so I decided not to. If they would have told me that over the phone and hour before that I would never had gone to the bank considering I had to work a double that day anyway. I also had asked him what I would need to do to cancel my account with them. He had told me that it doesn't cost anything and I wouldn't be able to cancel until my pending transactions go through, I was waiting on my paycheck to go through. So, since I couldn't do anything I said okay and left. Come to find out the next day when I was at the grocery store my card was declined even though I knew I had money in my account. I look online and see that apparently I had requested my account be cancelled. Now I can't access any of my money or pay my bills which will now have a late fee because some idiot doesn't know how to do his job. I will be going to the bank in between my shifts AGAIN tomorrow. I want this fixed immediately.
