    Tom is a wonderful landlord to rent from. He's been quick to respond to any concerns or questions I've had about the building or service in the three years that I've rented from him, though there have been very few. My bathtub drain had clogged (which I know is common renter caused issue) and after a quick call to Tom, he had a plumber scheduled to come fix the problem the next day. Fast service and solution - generally not common for a renter. The building's amenities and landscaping are clean and well maintained. The heating in the cooler months of the year is cozy. Tom has done a great job of selecting his tennets - all of the neighbors have been quiet and respectful. I would definitely recommend renting from Tom and Stutsman Realty.

    Always busy. Most times bad service so I no longer back with them. One teller made a comment that I wanted nothing larger than a 20 and asked why most businesses I go to I don't spend that much and I like to make it easier on the business than the bank who charges them for a change order

    After reading the reviews I was so nervous about going to this office! I figured we would be waiting forever and everyone was going to be rude. It was actually not bad at all! We arrived right before the office opened and waited with only 4 people ahead of us. The guy we worked with was beyond helpful and patient. I didn't catch his name, but he was in cubicle #3. It's a small area and you can hear the conversations going on in each cubicle area. Everyone there seemed very polite and easy to work with. If I ever need to go to the IRS again, I will definitely be going to the Bloomington office.
