- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★After reading the reviews I was so nervous about going to this office! I figured we would be waiting forever and everyone was going to be rude. It was actually not bad at all! We arrived right before the office opened and waited with only 4 people ahead of us. The guy we worked with was beyond helpful and patient. I didn't catch his name, but he was in cubicle #3. It's a small area and you can hear the conversations going on in each cubicle area. Everyone there seemed very polite and easy to work with. If I ever need to go to the IRS again, I will definitely be going to the Bloomington office.By Natalie Redmond, February 23, 2018
