- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been there since 1990, when it was Richfield Bank, sold to M & I Bank, sold to BMO Harris Bank. Don't go there. Incompetent staff that totally screwed up my transfer request multiple times. Poorly trained and led employees, some with painted hair. Not appropriate for a business setting, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY'RE MANAGING MY MONEY! Constant staff turnover. Not open when I need them. Long waits on their phone banking help line (15 minutes most recently). Branch manager (of the week) fails to return voicemails. Just a crummy, poorly led, inadequately trained small bank that's been taken over by a big Canadian firm. Again, don't go there!
